New Addition

And here is one of the first pictures with my new baby - the Nikon D90.

I have had a Nikon and a Canon until now and I had been trying to sell my Canon for over a year as I wanted to standardize all of my equipment. I finally sold it 3 weeks ago.

Lucky for me, the D90 was available and I managed to get myself one. It arrived on Monday, same day as my new lens.....so it was a bumper week for me!!! :) I was so excited about both new toys and was at a bit of a loss as to which one to try first!!! hahaha

Anyway, the next few days will be of images I have taken with both my new toys. I hope you enjoy them. As I have waited so long for this, I hope you don't mind if I indulge a bit....... :)

Taken Sunday 28 September 2008. This is Georgia, you might remember her from a few months back, I took pictures of her and her sister Chelsea. It was her Dedication service on Sunday and I was privileged to be there to witness the wonderful occasion.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued visits and comments on my Blog throughout the year. Although things have been extremely hectic here over the past few months and I haven't always had the time to visit your blogs, I have read all of your comments and really do appreciate your encouragement and constructive remarks.
