Sweet Erin

The next few days will be a loving tribute to a special little girl who graced our lives for such a short time.

Erin Watson Davies was born prematurely on the 22 February 2007 with a heart condition that Doctors had never seen in an infant before. For the past year Erin's family had been through the terrible ordeal of seeing her in and out of hospital. She had numerous heart attacks and eventually had a defibulator fitted to regulate her heart beat and give her some sort of regular life.

Unfortunately God had different plans for little Erin and she passed away on the 13th April this year after a very brave struggle.

What is most significant about Erin's life is how happy she always was. Despite the pain and endless hours this little angel spent in hospital, her smile was never far from her lips and she was a real joy to all of us who were blessed to have known her.

I read a quote the other day that said it doesn't matter how long you live but rather how you live while you're alive!!! And Erin was a shining example of how a life, no matter how brief, can have a really great impact on so many people.

So celebrate with me over the next few days as I remember a special little girl with a sparkle in her eye and a whole lot of love to show the world!

May God Bless you all today my friends.
