...From anything I usually do! I did some pictures for a scaffold manufacturer in the week. While I was there I thought I might try get a bit ceative with the bundles of steel pipes in the yard. I can't say I got anything fantastic out of it, but this one was sort of okay.
I played around in Picasa a bit. Used the focal black and white and then added quite a bit of film grain to give it a really industrial look as the poles themselves were straight off the paint line - bright and sparkling red, nothing old looking about them.
You can let me know what you think - constructive criticism is most welcome! As I have said in the past - If the shot lacks people I lack any sort of creative eye!! hahaha.
Thanks for the comments on yesterdays image!
Happy saturday everyone.
God Bless,
Mandy

Well done Mans, I think it's great. Your post processing has come out well, it doesn't look like they have come straight off the paint line. Were the pipes empty all the way through? This might've looked quite funky to down the pipes?

Really excellent work, Mandy. I think this is one of your really "different" shots, and one of your best (other than the usual great portraits).
