Play Ball!

Thank you so much to everyone for your comments on yesterday's tribute to our Rugby Team - The Springboks.
Just a quick update - the IRB held their awards banquet on Sunday night and SA walked away with 3 of the Top awards: - IRB Player of the Year ~ Brian Habana. - IRB Coach of the Year ~ Jake White. IRB Team of the Year ~ The Springboks!!!!. Well done Guys! You've made us all so proud.

Baseball season has started and our little Team ~ The Boksburg Cardinals ~ played their first league match on saturday. They won the game 19-16 against the Edenvale Imps. Well Done little guys.

Ethan was on third base.......waiting, waiting, waiting for the ball!!! :)

I wanted to quickly thank all of you for your fabulous comments on my blog each day. Although I have not had the time to respond to each of your comments individually, I do read them all and they are so encouraging to me. I am truly blessed to be here - I know I have said it before - but I really just need you all to know that I LOVE that you visit my blog and enjoy the pictures I post here.....it inspires me to go beyond the ordinary images and really find pictures to blow you away with!! hahaha.

You really are an inspiration to me and a wonderful encouragement. I am humbled by your praise of my pictures.

@Viewfinder: Hey VF!!! Thanks so much...he is quite the little sports enthusiast....he wants to do EVERYTHING!!! He's already telling me that he is going to play rugby next year...and then there's cricket and soccer too!!! hahahaha...I have a few very busy years ahead of me! :)

@Brian: Thanks Brian. He seems pretty competent with the ball so far....he LOVES all ball sports so I am going to be one busy mommy for the next couple of years! :)

That's a very powerful looking blue. That's what I thought on first seening this photo. Then there's the nice, clean capture with great skin tones. Looks alive. I'm waiting for him to move!
