As promised here are some of the shots from saturday's wedding. I LOVED the results from the D80, wow.....I had so much fun.

Vanessa, was so nervous leading up to her wedding because she feels very self conscious in front of the camera!! Her greatest stress over the past few months has been that she wouldn't look good in her pictures....... I told her she had nothing to worry about.... my camera felt the same way!! :)

yeah she does look beautiful!Her eyes look so charming!But her hand covering her tummy area does make her look like she is having a tummy ache,a bit awkward,lol,no offence to bride! But all in all,she is beautiful alright!

Ah yes, her body language does reveal some stress... but I'm sure she'll get more relaxed very quickly since you are the photographer!! :-) Gorgeous bride! Looking forward to more!!

A delightful portrait of the bride. Perhaps she does show signs of stress, as already suggested. This was just part of the moment, and was well captured by you. I prefer this to something faked, myself.

Tell Vanessa, she has nothing to worry about. I can see she is a little nervous in the capture but she looks breath taking.

She's tense. Learning to relax in front of the camera is something not all people ever master. Something I learned in my wedding photo days long ago, is that the photographer can help get their mind off themselves so they can relax in front of the camera. But it can't be with stupid jokes and canned dumbness; it takes being yourself (as the photographer) and open and natural. From what I can see and how nicely you relate to people on Am3, I am sure you already know and do this. She's lovely.

My mouth is still hanging open...I REALLY like this shot. She's a beautiful bride and the shot is composed wonderfully. I like the framing here. Bravo Mandy! Keep workin' that D80...:)

She is a very lovely bride indeed, although it seems a tad nervous. You have produced such a beautiful image here, Mandy!! I love the contrast of colours and textures here, between the pure rich white of her gown and veil and the woody browns and greens of the natural scenery around her. Marvellous composition!!

Now were talking! I was really waiting for the wedding shots you said you would post. Finally, they are here and i am loving this first shot! The camera definitely loves her. She seems photogenic. Her posture is kind of awkward which really shows the natural states brides are in on their wedding day.
