Okay...back to what I know best. Thanks for the comments and tips on the flower's. Don't worry no more of those for a while.

P.S. I just wanted to thank all of you for your very helpful and constructive comments on my attempt at macro on the flowers over the past 3 days. there were so many I never got around to thanking each of you personally. I will definitely be putting all of your tips to use and hopefully I will have a nice composition in the next week or so to show for it!! Thanks again - they are all GREATLY appreciated!! :)

I loved the look on this little guys face. I gave him the flower to play with and there was a bit of dust on it...clearly he didn't like the taste of that!!

I was playing around with the settings on my camera and set the colours to Vivid...I must say I was really happy with the results. I like vibrant colours that jump out at you from the picture and I found that this setting achieved that perfectly for me.

Yeah, you are a better portrait photographer than nature but that's just because you have been doing one longer than the other. Never ever stop trying new things or exploring different ways of doing the same thing Mandy.

Wonderful capture of a great moment with the little fella and Viewfinder stole my thunder with the "flower" observation.

I saw your comment... I am around and have to get off my lazy but and shoot more often. It's getting to be fall here in the northeast US so soon I'll be boring everyone with fall foliage etc... can't wait to see the pic's of my favorite non-people.
